Pusri's contribution during the Covid-19 pandemic includes donations of 15,000 doses of vaccine, liquid oxygen and gas assistance for the community and a number of hospitals in Indonesia, assistance for flood and fire victims.
Several health activities that have been carried out by Pusri include mass vaccination for Palembang people, free medical treatment for the company community, renovation of posyandu and health education.

In the context of preserving nature & environment, Pusri and local residents have carried out various activities, namely the construction of a Waste Bank, the Climate Village Program, KUBM Margoyoso, and Kampung Sehati.

One of PT Pusri contributions to natural disaster relief efforts is their response to the Musi Rawas flood in South Sumatra by providing financial assistance amounting to IDR 25,000,000.
One of PT Pusri contributions to non-natural disaster relief includes conducting a social service of providing free medical treatment to the Palembang community, which involves medical examinations and the distribution of medication.
The Pusri Cerdas Academy is the Smart Scholarship Program initiated by PT Pusri in 2012. In addition to providing scholarships, Pusri empowers students to develop valuable skills and knowledge.
Pusri during a syiar Ramadan, assistance is given to 53 mosques, 23 mushola, in 8 nearby neighborhoods, totaling Rp. 403,000,000 and 1,000 Qur'an copies provided.

Pusri consistently strives to synergize efforts in supporting the implementation of Proklim in the city of Palembang by providing fruit tree seedlings and waste segregation bins in 8 Proklim-designated neighborhoods in Palembang.
Pusri provides training in processing coconut into VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) and coconut chips to coconut farmers' groups and assistance in the form of coconut cutting and grating tools, as well as an oven, in the village of Sumber Jaya.
In commemorating World Environment Day, Pusri carried out an action by cleaning the Pusri dock area, involving 250 Pusri employees as volunteers. They successfully collected a total of 2.1 tons of both organic and non-organic waste.
In the commemoration of HARHUBNAS organized by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, eight Pusri employees participated in the preservation efforts of the Musi River, with the hope of supporting the economic potential of the Musi River.
In commemoration of World Environment Day, Pusri organized a community clean-up event with the local residents in the company's surroundings. Pusri also provided assistance in the form of 150 tree seedlings, fruit plants, and cleaning tools.
