Purpose

Board Manual Guidebook is one of the tools of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which refers to the articles of association and the applicable legal basis.

This handbook was prepared with the following objectives:

1. As general guideline in carrying out the functions and roles of his position in the PT Pusri Palembang organization.
2. To describe various matters regarding the implementation, duties, authorities, responsibilities, rights, and obligations, as well as the relationship with the Board of Commissioners.
3. Applying GCG principles, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness.

Scope

This guideline applies to the implementation of the working relationship between the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors within PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang with reference to the Articles of Association of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang and/or the provisions contained in the applicable laws and regulations.
